Security Deposit
Darwin requires a refundable security deposit for each home. The deposit amount is determined based on your screening score and applicable state laws. Specific deposit requirements will be outlined during the application process.
When is Rent Due?
- Rent is due on the 1st of every month and considered late on the 2nd.
- If rent remains unpaid, late fees—as outlined in your lease agreement—will be applied on the 6th of the month.
To avoid late fees, we encourage residents to set up automatic payments or submit their rent on time each month.
